Level Details:
This role is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating information system services. The role holder typically reports to an MIS Manager.
Job Purpose:
The jobholder provides expertise to acquire, manager, manipulate, and analyse the data and report results.
Accountabilities:
1. Prepares, controls, and maintains data that will be analysed for management report.
2. Identifies problematic areas and conducts research to determine the best course of action to correct the data.
3. Analyses and solves problem issues with current and planned systems as they relate to data integration and management ( for example, review record merge, and unmerge processes, accurately).
4. Checks and/or verifies MIS reports and avoids data duplication, daily and monthly.
5. Captures and analyses data on hand from the resources available.
6. Develops graphs, report, and presentation of project results.
Skills
-Knowledge of data models and database design.
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Experience using business object or other statistical packages is desirable or analysing large datasets.
-Programming skills preferred. Adept at queries and report writing.
-Knowledge of statistics, at least to the degree necessary in order to communicate easily with statisticians.
-Experience in data mining and knowing when their use is appropriate.
-Knowledge of the interface of SAMA and Saudi Payment Networks.
-Preferably with an optional supervisory skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
Education
Information Management, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
