Job Description

Job Purpose:

(For Saudi Nationals)

Responsible for developing and managing Deposit and Savings products & Schedule of Charges/ Fees across all segments. Enhance the Bank’s profitability by maximizing profitability of products through continuous monitoring and ensuring that the products under management are positioned competitively and their related operations are maintained efficiently and cost effectively. Drive all new Deposit product & Service initiatives from conceptualization till launch to deliver superior customer value and open new avenues for revenue generation for the Bank in line with the Segmentation.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for launching, monitoring, enhancing and managing all deposit based products & services including Safety Boxes.

• Improving fees & Charges on continuous basis.

• Maintaining & revamping Deposit Products & Services to support business by keeping in view the bank’s strategic focus.

• Develop and launch innovative products & services across segments.

• Develop and execute business strategy for all products & services to achieve:

• Formulate business plans and key initiatives of the department to ensure that business goals and set targets are met.

• Revenue growth, cost control, profit, economic profit, account performance etc.

• Formulating strategy

• Drive & manage customer acquisition and maintain attritions within the target assigned.

• Oversee alliances with external associations.

• Provide Deposit performance, feedback and reports to the management on a periodic basis.

• Drive product development proposition and innovation to meet/anticipate needs of customers

• Drive product-bundling to increase market share and revenue.

• Work with Marketing on product marketing and branding.

• Identify new segments, channels or opportunities for product distribution and marketing.

• Enhance business opportunities through cross-sell and to resolve cross-functional operations and service issues.

• Ensures timely roll-out of products and effective product implementation.

• Coordinate works with other groups mainly Operations/IT/CAD on enhancement of systems and procedures, special projects and interrelated issues.

• Cooperate and facilitate work of internal audit and risk management to address gaps, and respond to audit reports within agreed deadlines.

• Build a strong local talent pipeline for future business growth and continuity.

• Coach direct reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance.

• Manage employee engagement, motivation and attrition issues

• Be an effective agent of change and a role model for talented managers throughout the Bank

Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or related courses (CRM) which could be compensated by considerable marketing and management experience.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience mainly in business, product management and marketing.

• At least 5 years of managing cross-functional projects and in planning deposit products and organizing and
