Job Description
1- To analyze and evaluate distressed debt situations and make appropriate recommendations for debt settlement.
2- To review and assess a borrower's financial status and business situation in terms of cash generating capacity and current and prospective financial position.
3-To evaluate a distressed business in terms of exiting and potential threats and weaknesses, key stakeholders value drivers.
4-Review and analyze assigned distressed debts portfolio.
5-Prepare reports analyzing assigned distressed debts / assigned distressed debts portfolio.
6-Coordination and relationship management role for assigned debt restructuring and distressed relationships.
7-P&L responsibility for assigned distressed debt relationships.
8-Supervision of assigned distressed borrowers in collaborations with business lines where the relationship function remains with the business line within the parameters of debt recovery strategy developed with SAM and approved by Management.
9-Comducting effective negotiations with assigned distressed borrowers based on objectives and negotiations parameters agreed with SAM / Debt Restructuring management.
10- Evaluating alternatives for assigned distressed borrowers and making appropriate recommendations to pursue best available solutions.
