Job Description
Reporting to Senior Banker, the candidate will assist the Senior Banker in managing and servicing a small number of corporate clients who are mostly amongst the top 10 corporations in KSA, which represent the most sensitive and strategically important customers of the Bank.
The role involves the following:
• Ensure the customers' day to day operational needs are fulfilled on priority basis via superior customer service and a customer friendly approach.
• To independently prepare full credit proposals (new and annual review).
• Regular monitoring of the client relationship/and utilization of credit facilities.
• Ensure the validity and legality of all transactions and documentation to protect the Bank's interests.
• Make sure that customers’ files are complete and that all the required documents are available; including but not limited to KYC documents, legal documentation, all management approvals, call reports, and the financial statements.
• Perform all other assignments in accordance with the directives of the Senior Banker.
Skills
• Saudi National.
• University degree preferably in finance.
• At least 5 years of relationship management experience (7 years for Senior Relationship Manager) built on sound credit background, preferably with local / GCC bank.
• A proven track record as an RM/SRM with solid credit and accounting background.
• Exposure and knowledge in Syndications would be ideal.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding problem solving and strong planning, organizing and analytical ability.
• Arabic Speaking is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
