Policy and Procedures Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of specialist services relating to business support activities. Typically they include services orientated to product, process or information support. He is mainly responsible for reviewing and developing fully integrated policies and procedures for Retail Banking units in Head Office and Branches for audit, regulatory and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelors /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent course.

 5-7 years experience in a junior to middle level management function in a financial institution.

 Extensive exposure in general banking operations, and services, customer or marketing related activities, financial and credit management and in accounting systems.

Knowledge & Skills:

 Full knowledge Bank or other financial institutions’ policies and procedures related to organization, operations, management guidelines, products and services

 Excellent interpersonal skills

 Broad understanding of SAMA rules and regulations

 Broad understanding of fraud and risk prevention practices

 Knowledge of the banking industry both local and international

 Excellent technical writing and communication skills particularly in preparing quality reports.

 Good command of both oral and written English.

 Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

 Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
