The holder of this post will be responsible of managing the POS Business Unit in terms of monitoring, creating relationships with Merchants, managing of ongoing projects, new installations, replacement, cancellation and relocation of POS that are not profitable.
The purpose of the position is to ensure that both technical and operational supports are provided to all activities related to POS acquiring business within the bank. The position closely works with the sales team, ITD project management, card organizations, POS vendors, service providers and SAMA in implementing new business, system enhancement and user testing to ensure full operational requirements is achieved.
Manage new POS installation plan and new POS growth within the allocated budget.
Manage POS monitoring to ensure the best availability of POS network in coordination with IT, business lines branches and vendors.
Monitoring POS maintenance performance and SLA, maintenance agreement.
Manage POS plan to replace, relocate or cancel any none profitable POS terminals and suggest improvements.

Prepare and deliver MIS reports, availability, and profitability analysis to management and suggest improvements.
Develop, schedule and deliver POS training in coordination with vendors to merchants.
Plan and manage new POS development projects from concept to implementation including PCI compliance, and positive interchange.
Introduce new ideas and initiatives to the POS business and develop new operational procedures to improve process and efficiency.
Manage and direct POS business team to ensure their output meets the bank’s goals and objectives within predefined budget.
Skills
1. The holder of this job should have a minimum of diploma in the technical field with good English and Arabic language skills spoken, reading and writing.
2. The holder of this job should have at least 5 years’ experience in POS management and should have excellent leadership quality.
3. •Excellent technical knowledge in POS functions, and profitability management. Knowledgeable of both credit and debit card acquiring business and SPAN2 technicalities. Must be organized and customer oriented.
