Serves as primary technical person coordinating with IT Division  for all Retail Banking Group related IT projects. Responsible also, as may be directed by Virtual Banking Division manager for representing RBG in ad hoc and working committees related to technical and project activities.

• Oversees the development or enhancement of  IT applications to support RBG business lines.  
• Responsible for assessment of project feasibility in coordination with concerned BSF entities.
• Reviews and approves project plan.
• Reviews and help on the functional specifications document prior to system development.
• Ensures that the project is completed within the agreed upon schedule and report any risk that might delay the project.
• Coordinates with IT Division for required resources to implement new developments and  enhancements, be they products or system-related.
• Prepares with concerned entities project plans under the guidance of the applicable Project Manager relating to project tasks, actions, deliverable dates and resources responsible for task management.
• Performs post-implementation analysis of the project, to ensure accomplishment of business requirements and to identify possible enhancements, if any.
• Performs project management and coordination for any IT related applications including comprehensive system testing.
• Represent Virtual Banking Division in ad hoc and working committees related to technical and project activities.
• Peforms other tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Information system .
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience.

• Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
• General knowledge of the Bank's products and services, organization, policies and procedures.
