Job Purpose:

 

To handle BSF customers and non BSF customers calls through pilot / single number and process / answer the customer services request / inquiries / complaints, all type of interactions must be answered with excellent flow of communication. 

Working hours on shift basis 24/7.

Hiring will be under Contracting Company.

 

Accountabilities:
  • Handled customers calls and answer inquiries with excellent quality and promptly.
  • Escalate to the supervisor and\or concerned Support Units any issue that requires higher management resolution.
  • Create service request for the customer\prospects and complaints into ther ‘’uAgent ‘’ system to be delivered to the appropriate Support Unit to .
  • Responsible for the quality services provided to all customers and prospects .
  • Avoid any possible financial risk . 
  • Inform the customers’ on the proper way of using and availing of the various electronic banking delivery channels (i.e. FransiPhone, FransiPlus, ATM, etc).
  • Immediately Hotlist cards ( lost / stolen ) when customer request.
  • Support bank product new campiagns with good communication. 
  • Ensures the attainment of the Bank's quality service standards.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Diploma is preferable
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Highly organized.
  • Good personality.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English).
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good Computer Skills.
