The Risk Solutions and Structured Product officer is an integral component of the Group Treasury. His objective is to manage the overall structuring, pricing and analytical activities of the desk.

The Risk Solutions and Structured Product is an interface between BSF's counterpart banks (international banks) and the the 3 regional Sales teams.

The role includes:-

• - In conjunction with management, contribute to formulation and implementation of new structures / strategies
• - Price interest rate, commodity and FX structured products strategies.
• - Day to day monitoring of overall clients positions and structuring in  accordance with market dynamics
• - Ensure adherence to procedures and code of conduct by the desk members
• - In conjunction with TCS present strategies / products to client's as and when required
• - Monitoring and reporting of desk profit and loss
• - Ensure smooth flow of market information both within the dealing room and to other concerned areas of the bank
• - Provide accurate and timely prices as and when required by Sales teams (pricers used are Infinity/ COX/ Super Derivatives)
• - Provide clients with timely market analysis and strategies through the Sales teams
• - Ensure that deal capturing is performed timely and accurately

• 2 to 3 years experience as a structurer

• Strong education, with a degree in mathematics.

• Although focused on equity derivatives and commodity hedging & investment products, dedicated training will be provided in order for this person to be efficient in FOREX and IRD structurings.
