Work as part of a team in the electronic development and implementation of retail banking products, services and campaigns, covering all market segments and product groups.
Electronically process and manage the networks/channels products, services and campaigns, a range of projects or specific aspects of projects as directed.
Focus on the animation and electronic designs of Marketing's projects and activities (by internal/external email and website/webpage, including yahoo, facebook etc) and SMS.
Ensure the timely release of electronic marketing campaigns, messages and information, both internal and external, relating to BSF's products (eg credit cards, Bancassurance, Islamic products, SAKAN etc)
Ensure that the channels/networks are up to date with all appropriate information - ATMs, on-line banking system, internal website, etc.
Deliver electronic promotional materials through ATMs screens, intranet web pages, social networking websites, business/financial websites etc.
Development of advertising and promotional campaigns.
Tracking and analysis of campaigns.
