Job Summary:

 

Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi (BBSF) is a leading joint stock bank with a full service offering. Currently it is aggressively expanding its retail branch network. 

Branch Managers are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the branch's operations, for ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and for developing branch staff.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Authorities::
  • Responsible for implementing the short, medium and long term strategic plans of the bank
  • Implement departmental policies, goals and  objectives in order to ensure continuing operations, maximize return on investments, and to increase productivity .
  • Direct and coordinate the bank's financial and budget activities in order to fund operations and increase efficiency.
  • Confer with top management and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities and resolve problems.
  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the bank and its staff meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
  • Assign, direct and evaluate employees' work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Negotiate or approve contract and agreements with clients, government agencies and other organizational entities.
  • Present best BBSF image at all times
  • Ensure best quality of service
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Authorities:

  • Signing the FTD application and maturity reports, Trade finance reports and documents.
  • Validating  ATM Cards.
  • Validating: all Trade finance operations.
  • Blocking/ unblocking  accounts as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration
  • Bilingual (Arabic, English). French is an advantage

Experience:

  • 7 years related business experience
