  • This vacancy is for a Regional Manager of electronic banking services in the Bank's Western (Jeddah) Region covering all corporate and commercial clients.
Person:
  • Reporting to the Regional Corporate and Commercial Banking Heads for respective client matters and to the Country Manager E-Banking for all product and service matters.
  • Responsible for the overall marketing, implementation and training (internal and external) of the complete range of e-banking and cash management products and services for Corporate and Commercial clients in the Region.
  • Work closely with all Relationship Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Bankers as well as the regional Heads of Corporate and Commercial Banking.
  • As a member of the Corporate Banking Coverage Team play an active relationship role for key corporate clients.
  • Develop annual e-sales plan per client/group with active calling schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reports, metrics and summaries ref. all e-sales activities.
  • Organise and provide training to customers on all e-Products and Services.
  • Provide feed-back on customer needs not covered by services used and any product issues.
  • Develop competitive analysis, market research and business/client intelligence data.
  • Participate in product development initiatives and co-operate with development team.
  • Assist with customer support and problem resolution.
  • Co-ordinate day to day operations of e-services and Business Lines interaction in the Region.
  • Co-ordinate with Relationship Managers on all activities involving their clients.
  • Perform and execute any other activity that may be assigned by direct manager.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience with a bank in the field of electronik banking/cash management/transaction banking services for corporate clients.
  • Able to structure and implement sales and marketing plans for corporate e-banking and cash management services.
  • Strong foundation in corporate electronic banking services and products such as Internet Banking, B2B, MA-CUG/SWIFT, e-Trade Finance, e-Payroll, e-Commerce, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, report writing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English as a second language with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Banking, e-Commerce or Information Technology & Systems.
