Graduates

The Bank recruits a large number of Saudi graduates in all disciplines throughout the year in all areas of BSF. However, its main vehicle for recruiting fast-track graduates is the annual Professional Development Programme where we carefully select top graduates for a programme of formal training and rotation through various departments of the Bank before allocating them to the area in which they will start their career in banking. PDP graduates typically provide the Bank’s future top management.

BSF maintains a presence at the major University Career Fairs in Saudi Arabia and proactively attempts to develop links with Saudi students at the best educational establishments abroad.
