With a large workforce, sophisticated infrastructure and premises scattered throughout the country to keep in top operating condition 24/7, the Bank has a large Services Management function employing everyone from security guards to architects.

The Corporate Human Resources Division provides and implements manpower strategies; handles the compensation and benefits of the workforce; recruits locally, regionally and internationally; provides comprehensive internal training, learning and development; and organises and facilitates extensive programmes of sporting and social events.
