Identifies training and development needs of staff in conjunction with line managers.
Initiates, organizes, and undertakes training in the form of courses, workshops, and seminars and delivers training courses to meet the defined objectives.
Manages the learning environment inside the classroom.
Customizes delivery and content to the audience.
Works with BSF Academy team to ensure high quality training outcome.

Trained in competency- based teaching.
Able to build, maintain and development relationship with all related parties.
Excellent communication skill, writing and spoken.
Fluent English/Arabic, writing and spoken.
Provide track record in training delivery.
Ability to design ‘customize” Training event/ activities.
