PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Facilitate, maintain and manage all required activities related to updating and publishing policies and procedures for the BSF Branches.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Determine and assess the impacts of introducing new or revised policies and procedures to Branches /Products/ Customers, and existing transaction processes.

2.  Develop written new policy and procedure updates and communicate to all Branches.

- Incorporate all SAMA rules where applicable in the policies and procedures to meet Regulatory and Control Requirements.

- Embed system controls as much as can in the policies and procedures.

3.  Establish policy standards; monitor documents to ensure policy standards are consistently applied.

4.   Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures, initiate enhancements as identified.

5.  Serve as a focal point in RBG to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and procedures.

6.  Act as a resource for RBG/Branches for answering questions related to policies and procedures.

7. Lead the review and discussion of proposed policy changes recommended by other departments (Compliance, Risk , Audit and RBG).

8. Recommend and develop process re-rngineering of the system transactions/functions for better customer service and faster turnaround time.

9. Prepare test scripts and run UAT.

المهارات

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A. Technical:

- Experience and exposure on general banking operations and services. Knowledge of most commonly-used Branch applications. Good understanding of database software is a plus.

- General knowledge of the Bank's products and services, organization, policies and procedures.

B. Management: - Project Management

C.  Others: Must be Saudi National with Good command of both oral and written. Good problem solving and analytical capabilities. Minimum 5 years experience preferably in a financial institution.
