My Family Relationship Officer

Conducts sales of retail product to existing BSF customer base using

the My Family process in order to achieve branch and region product

sales targets and manage customer loyalty/attrition

Conducts customer calls and interviews using the "My Family" method

Conducts Financial Reviews for customers and study their needs;

Achieves sales and product breadth growth targets according to

branch plan;

Reports activity and campaign status through the Campaign Master

system;

Follows the quality measures put forward by the My Family Program.

- 1 to 2 years of branch Sales work experience

- Passing of the My Family 1 week evaluation course
